Location and staff were very good, we loved that everything was perfect. Had an excellent stay for first time Helsinki visitor, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel was clean and had accommodating staff who solved all issues occurred with my booking in professional manner.

There was a too soft bed.

Wanted to explore Helsinki and this hotel was good choice for doing it. I booked a superior king room with central heating, a personal safe and pay television.

Everything was simply really good. Small amazing boutique hotel, its staff and location were excellent. The restaurant was good, I tried delicious dishes.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 4 nights, even so everything was excellent. The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. The location was incredible, close to Museum of Foreign Art.

We loved it during our just perfect stay. Hotel was functional, good services, and it had handy location next to center. They had an early check-in. The continental breakfast was tasty and hearty, lots of options.

Good stay in the main touristic area. The hotel is spotless, I loved its impressive location and staff. Breakfast offers lots of eggs, sausages, pastries and bacon. The location is near the historic center of the city.

Loved staff and location. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with nice shower, very company bed, for instance. Lots of goodies for breakfast. My favourite property in Helsinki...

Bright, functional room, outstanding staff, excellent restaurant. The location was spectacular, just walking distance from dubrovnik.

Very pleasant personnel, good pool plus comfortable garden. Very central location, within easy walking distance of Kamppi Shopping Centre. Snack bar with hot drinks.

All was spotless, I liked awesome location and staff. Picturesque view of rear. It was a luxurious stay near the historic centre of Helsinki.

My air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Really kind staff, immaculate rooms and location was top! Our room had a fine bed and a perfect view. The service was excellent too. Besides, there was good wifi, had no problem with it. We liked our really great stay.

best possible location, exceptional service - overall awesome. the staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. our queen room was cool and cool, had wall view. located near the historic centre of the city. spacious garden and heated pool area. we liked this hotel, it was excellent and fairly clean.

I loved it, the hotel is neat, has fabulous staff and rooms. I booked a room with an extra comfy bed, climate control, lounge chair and iron/ironing board. All in all a wonderful stay, the venue met the purpose.

Incredibly welcoming staff, airconditioned rooms and incredibly beautiful views. The breakfast was exceptionally good, a wide range of food. Efficient service during our stay too. Obviously that free WiFi throughout the property was really handy. It was a very relaxing experience in a reasonably priced hotel.

It's an awesome place to stay with a private parking. Toiletries and dressing gowns were very handy. Thoroughly enjoyed their on-site restaurant Ravintola Broed Punavuori, it was good.

Good bed & great breakfast. We enjoyed our time at the hotel, THANK YOU. We visited such places as ateneum that were not far from the property.

Spa day in a sauna was a pleasure. Il Birrificio is an easy walk to the hotel. We greatly enjoyed this venue.
